Frequently Asked Questions

We've been getting the same questions since we started, so we figured we'd put 'em all in one place. If you don't see your question here, just holler — we're happy to chat.

We serve Saratoga Springs and the entire Utah County area, including Lehi, Eagle Mountain, American Fork, Pleasant Grove, Lindon, Orem, Provo, and everywhere in between. We've also been running trips up to Salt Lake City and the airport since day one. If you're within the Wasatch Front, chances are we can get you there. We will have been covering this territory for years — every back road, every neighborhood, every shortcut. Basically, if it's along the I-15 corridor from Payson to SLC, we've got you covered.
For airport transfers, we recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead — especially during ski season and holidays when demand goes through the roof. For local trips and school pickups, same-day booking usually works fine, but giving us a few hours' heads-up is always appreciated. We had been caught off-guard by last-minute rushes before, so now we plan accordingly. That said, if you're in a bind, call us anyway — we'll do our darndest to fit you in. Oh my heck, we've even pulled off 30-minute emergency pickups before.
Absolutely — Saratoga Springs consistently ranks as one of the safest cities in Utah, which is already one of the safest states in the nation. The crime rate is well below the national average, and the community is tight-knit. People actually know their neighbors here. We've been raising our own families in this town, and we wouldn't have it any other way. The schools are solid, the parks are well-maintained, and you can let your kids ride their bikes around the neighborhood without worrying. It's the kind of place where folks still wave at each other from their driveways.
Oh fetch, winter driving here can be an adventure. Utah gets serious snow — we're talking 50+ inches per season in the valleys and way more in the mountains. The city does a pretty good job plowing the main roads, but the side streets can get slick. That's exactly why our vehicles are equipped with snow tires from November through March, and our drivers have been navigating winter roads their whole lives. We also monitor UDOT road conditions in real-time. During inversion days (when the cold air gets trapped in the valley and visibility drops), we slow down and take extra precautions. You won't catch us sliding through intersections — that ain't our style.
You bet we do! We've been setting up recurring ride schedules for commuters since we started. Whether you need a daily ride to the Frontrunner station in Lehi or a weekly trip to Salt Lake for meetings, we can set up a recurring schedule that works for you. We offer discounted rates for recurring bookings — typically 15-20% off our standard rates. Many of our regulars have been riding with the same driver for years. It's like having a personal chauffeur who knows exactly when and where you need to be.
No sweat — we track your flight in real-time using live FAA data. If your flight is delayed, we automatically adjust our pickup time. If it gets cancelled, we'll be in touch to reschedule. We will not charge you a dime for flight-related delays. We've been stuck at that airport ourselves, and we know how frustrating it can be. The last thing you need is a car service adding to your stress. Just let us know what's going on, and we'll figure it out together. That's just how we do things in Saratoga Springs.
Oh my heck, where do we start? Utah Lake is the big draw — boating, fishing, kayaking, and paddleboarding in the summer. The Marina Park has a beach area that's surprisingly nice. For hikers, the Lake Mountains offer trails with killer views of the valley. You're also just 20 minutes from Thanksgiving Point (dinosaur museum, gardens, and golf), and 40 minutes from Park City's ski resorts and Main Street shopping. In winter, you can hit the slopes at Sundance or Snowbird — both within an hour's drive. And if you're into history, the old Saratoga Springs resort site has been drawing visitors since the 1800s. Folks had been coming for the mineral hot springs long before the town even existed. Now, the area has been developed into beautiful lakeside neighborhoods, but you can still feel the history.
